She goes through phases with her toys. She seems to be on the cusp of graduating from the 'baby' toys like rattles to more grown up toys. Shes very into rolling balls (of all shapes and sizes) back and forth with me. Her most favourite thing to do at the moment though is to put little toys in and out of her cookie jar. The cookie jar is a second hand toy we inherited so I don't know where the original shapes are but she makes do with any old random toys she can fit into the opening. At the moment she prefers to use the wooden stacking discs from her windmill toy as fake cookies. Its very cute and shes so proud of herself.

Aren't kids lucky with the range of awesome toys there are now days? And yet, my Baby Vick isn't all the engaged by them at the moment. He doesn't seem to have his favourite or a thing that gets him every time! Not even a birthday and some new ones has helped!! ?
ReplyDeleteShe doesn't have that problem, shes obsessed with toys (and everything else).
DeleteCute baby and her cookies!
ReplyDeleteBet they don't taste great though.
DeleteShe is my kind of gal - cookies are my favourite too.
ReplyDeleteSo cute!!!!!!! I am terrible for buying too many toys! I always feel Locky needs them. He does't .. I do though! hehe. I need to settle down with the toy buying but as they get older they get so bored of their toys, well he does anyway.

DeleteGee she looks so grown up there! We have WAY too many toys are our joint too, I plan to give heaps away at Xmas time :)
ReplyDeleteI know she already looks like a toddler even though thats technically a month away still.
DeleteI really cant buy toys for my son as I am jobless but his Nain (Grandmother) would buy him lots and I am thankful for that. She was also able to save some of my husband's toys so we have vintage toys as well. =) #WW
ReplyDeleteVintage toys are awesome, especially when they have sentimental value.
DeleteI don't think I really understood toys until I had kids. Now I'm a little bit obsessed with them!
ReplyDeleteI think that happens to all of us!
DeleteMy girls used to have one of those cookie jars. She's a cutie xx
