52 WEEKS OF MEMORIES | 33 - IN THE MORNING

Normally my mornings are filled with wrangling a toddler to get dressed and then convincing her to eat breakfast that isn't honey toast. By the time all of this is over I very rarely eat breakfast myself, besides a cup of tea. This last week however I was at the Problogger conference and breakfast was probably the most exciting time of the day for me - and not just because I didn't have to deal with the toddler antics. One word, buffet. Omg buffet breakfast is THE BEST. So many good things - bacon, waffles, pastry, hash browns and mushrooms - all the things I never get to eat at home. And boy did I make up for it over those three days. Even the birds knew how good it was because one of them literally stole a hash brown off my fork as I was about to eat it. I may now have a bird phobia and might never eat outside again, but it was still worth it.
